Corstrate Email Tool (also referred to as Corstrate Mailing) is a targeted B2B outreach tool. A human operator connects their own mailbox, and the tool sends personalised, rate-limited, one-recipient-per-message outreach emails from that mailbox — then reads inbound replies to classify them (reply, out-of-office or bounce) and keep the inbox tidy.
The tool is built for targeted B2B prospecting, not mass mailing. Each message is individually addressed and personalised to a single identified business prospect, sending is throttled and paced, and the operator stays in control of every campaign.
Outreach goes out from the operator's connected Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox — one recipient per message.
Inbound replies are matched to the campaign and classified as reply, out-of-office or bounce.
Bounce and out-of-office notifications are moved into dedicated sub-folders / labels. No email is deleted or forwarded.
The tool stops contacting any address that opts out or hard-bounces, and excludes leads whose company has already responded.
The operator authorises the tool against their own mailbox using OAuth 2.0. Access is always per-user and delegated — the application only ever accesses the mailbox of the single user who signs in and consents. It never accesses other users' mailboxes and never requests tenant-wide or domain-wide scopes.
