CORSTRATE · EMAIL TOOL

Terms of Service

Applies to the Corstrate Email Tool · Last updated: 2026-06-22

1. Who we are

The Corstrate Email Tool (the “Service”) is provided by Corstrate SASU, a French société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SIREN 847766136), registered office 20 chemin des Yvelines, 06530 Peymeinade, France (“Corstrate”, “we”, “us”). By connecting a mailbox to, or otherwise using, the Service, you (“you”, the “operator”) agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service is a targeted B2B outreach tool. After an operator connects a business mailbox via OAuth (Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph, or Google Workspace / Gmail API), the Service sends personalised, individually-addressed, rate-limited outreach emails from that mailbox and processes inbound replies to classify them (reply / out-of-office / bounce). Access is per-user and delegated, limited to the consenting mailbox.

3. Relationship with the client agreement

Where the Service is provided to an organisation under a separate Master Service Agreement and/or Data Processing terms signed with Corstrate, that agreement governs the commercial relationship and prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any such agreement.

4. Eligibility and your responsibilities

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk mail to purchased or harvested lists; send unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; impersonate others; attempt to bypass the Service’s rate-limiting or suppression controls; or interfere with the Service’s operation or security. We may suspend use that breaches these Terms or threatens the deliverability, security or integrity of the Service.

6. Data protection

Personal data processed through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For that processing, Corstrate acts as the data controller and is responsible for compliance with applicable data-protection law, as set out in our client contracts.

7. OAuth access and revocation

The Service uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE; refresh tokens are stored on the operator’s device and never on our servers. You or your administrator may revoke the Service’s access at any time (Microsoft: myapps.microsoft.com or Entra ID; Google: Google Account permissions or the Workspace admin console). Revocation takes effect on the next token refresh.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its content are owned by Corstrate or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, deliverability of any given message, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corstrate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any contractual liability cap is set out in the applicable client agreement.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for security or legal reasons, or on reasonable notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to clients.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, and the competent French courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. For any question, contact ijelassi@corstrate.com.
